Redundid FAQs

Refundid is a third party Instant Refund platform. When using Refundid, refunds are paid out instantly meaning they are received in your bank account within 30 seconds of the return being lodged through Refundid.

Refundid is available to use at Shona Joy on full priced Items only within Australia.*

No, Refundid is 100% free for the customer requesting a refund. That means there's no subscription fees, no set up costs, no transaction fees*. You will only be charged if your return is not received within 30 days.*

The only time we ever charge Refundid customers is when we've identified misconduct. This misconduct is extremely rare. If you believe you will likely suffer from misconduct fees, we recommend you don't use Refundid.

Yes. Since you haven’t paid for the items in full yet, you will need to keep up with your AfterPay instalments to avoid dishonour fees from AfterPay.

Yes, Refundid is capped at $750 per order.

You have 7 days to post your return. If your return tracking has not updated within 7 days, Refundid will reverse the instant refund they have paid out to you. For more information click here.
