Signature on delivery update:
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, as of the 16th of March, Australia Post have advised that all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection.
In all cases, whether a driver or postman delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf.
The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postman has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.
We will continue to actively monitor this situation and will provide updates should any changes occur.

All Australian orders are delivered using Australian Registered post, to ensure that all parcels can be tracked and delivered as quickly as possible.
All parcels will need to be signed for upon arrival* (please see the important notice above). In the event that no one can sign at your delivery address, the courier will leave a card for you to collect from the nearest Post Office.
If your order is placed before 1:00pm AEST, your parcel will be dispatched the same business day.
Deliveries can take 1-5 working days. Please allow 2 additional days for locations outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area.
Please note that we cannot guarantee next-day delivery, as there can be unavoidable delays within Australia Post.
Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
During busy sale periods please allow 2 additional days for dispatch.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification from Australia Post.
Any delivery date or time specified by Shona Joy is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Return To Sender: Parcels that are returned to Shona Joy will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to be re-shipped. In the event that the shipping fee is not made payable, a credit note (valid for 6 months) will be issued for your garment(s)
New Zealand $20 AUD International Express Post
All International orders are sent using Australia International Express Post. Upon arrival in the destination country, all orders are distributed by the local post services.
All parcels will need to be signed for upon arrival. In the event that no one can sign at your delivery address, the courier will leave a card for you to collect from the nearest Post Office.
International orders may require 1-3 business days of processing once your order is placed.
Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery may take anywhere from 3-10 business days. This is a best estimate only.
Please note that the postal fee does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as dutiable merchandise. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local customs office for further information.
International orders that exceed over 1kg may incur further charges, and will be advised by our Dispatch Manager after your order is placed.
