Dispatch Timeframes
Tracking Your Order
All Shona Joy purchases are tracked. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email. In the event that no one is able to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a card for you to make a collection from the nearest Post Office.
Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service which allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our head office in Rosebery, Sydney.
Click & Collect orders must be placed before 8:00am Monday to Friday for the items to be packed and ready on the same business day. If an order is placed after 8:00am, it will be ready the next business day. We will email you to let you know as soon as your order is ready. Please wait to receive this email before visiting our office to avoid disappointment.
Collection times are only available between 10:00am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday, at the below address. Early pick ups are available from 8:00am, Tuesday to Thursday.

Any pick up time outside of these hours will need to be requested with our Customer Care team at: info@shonajoy.com.au. Please ensure that you bring a form of ID when collecting your order.
Click & Collect orders will be kept for a maximum of 60 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 60 days your order will be cancelled, and we will process a store credit minus a $15.00 service fee for you. Due to the limited nature of our products and the possibility that your item may no longer be offered on our website, we are not able to offer a refund if you fail to collect your Click & Collect order after 60 days.
If you can no longer pick up your order and would like for your items to be shipped, you will need to request for your Click & Collect order to be cancelled and then place a new order online.
Please note that we can only facilitate collections at Shona Joy HQ and are not able to accept any return drop offs. This is to ensure your return is handled by the right team and is processed correctly without delay.
Same Day Delivery *Sydney - Powered By Rendr
We offer Same Day Delivery for customers within a 50km radius of our head office in Rosebery, Sydney - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders must be placed by 10:30am for Same Day Delivery by 5pm. If an order is placed after 10:30am, it will be scheduled for delivery by 5pm the next business day.
Delivery fees start at $18.00 and are based on the distance of your delivery address. This fee is calculated at checkout once you have submitted your delivery address. Please note that Same Day Delivery is not available for delivery to PO boxes or parcel lockers as you must be present at the time of the courier's arrival.
All same day delivery orders are delivered by our partner Rendr.
You will receive an email with tracking details and updates via text to follow the journey of your parcel.
Please note that if you are not available to collect your parcel when the courier arrives, you may be charged a redelivery fee.

Pre-Order
Orders containing pre-order items will follow standard processing procedures but will be shipped at a later date. The anticipated shipping date will be clearly indicated on the product page and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-ordering ensures you secure the item, especially given the limited availability of the particular styles. For orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, the other items not on pre-order will be shipped separately within our standard shipping timeframes.
