Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery addresses outside of Australia may incur taxes and duties which is calculated and applied by your local customs agent.
Shona Joy is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

** If you are checking out with an alternative currency to AUD & NZD, the shipping rate will be converted from USD to the local currency of your shipping address. Final converted shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Australia:
All standard and Express deliveries are via Australia Post.
If no one is available to sign for your parcel and there is no safe place to leave it, the courier will leave a card with instructions to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
New Zealand:
Express orders are dispatched via DHL Express and Standard Orders via DHL Ecommerce.
For NZ orders over $1000 NZD, we recommend using the Express shipping only.

Rest of World:
International Express deliveries are dispatched via DHL Express Standard Orders via DHL Ecommerce.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with carrier and tracking details.
International Standard Shipping parcels are shipped with DHL Ecommerce; however, upon arrival in your country, it is handed over to your local postal provider for delivery. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days customs clearance to some countries.
All standard shipments are marked as Authority to Leave (ATL) and will be safely left at your address without the need for a signature. The delivery scan will serve as proof of delivery (POD). If you'd prefer the services of redelivery and signing for your parcel, we recommend choosing our Express Shipping option which is a more premium service.
Please note that Shona Joy is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels during transit.
Orders placed before 1pm AEST will be dispatched by COB the next business day.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods.
All Shona Joy purchases are tracked. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email.
In the event that no one is able to sign and there is no safe place to leave your parcel, the courier will leave a card for you to make a collection from the nearest Post Office.
Please note that the tracking URL link may take 24 hours to update with your shipment status.
New Zealand - Taxes and duties are not calculated at checkout, NZ Customers will need to pay the required duties and taxes before your order can be delivered.
Rest of World - Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and will be either included in the product price or be displayed as a separate line item on the summary page according to your shipping destination. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase so there will be no hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination.
Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If a parcel is unclaimed, refused by the receiver, or unable to be delivered due to incorrect address details or other delivery issues, it may be abandoned or destroyed by the local postal authority in the destination country. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Should the parcel be returned to Shona Joy, any return shipping fees or associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any eligible refund.

We offer a Click & Collect service which allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our head office in Rosebery, Sydney.
Click & Collect orders must be placed before 8:00am Monday to Friday for the items to be packed and ready on the same business day. If an order is placed after 8:00am, it will be ready the next business day. We will email you to let you know as soon as your order is ready. Please wait to receive this email before visiting our office to avoid disappointment.
Collection times are only available between 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, at the below address.

Any pick up time outside of these hours will need to be requested with our Customer Care team at: info@shonajoy.com.au. Please ensure that you bring a form of ID when collecting your order.
Click & Collect orders will be kept for a maximum of 60 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 60 days your order will be cancelled, and we will process a store credit minus a $15.00 service fee for you. Due to the limited nature of our products and the possibility that your item may no longer be offered on our website, we are not able to offer a refund if you fail to collect your Click & Collect order after 60 days.
If you can no longer pick up your order and would like for your items to be shipped, you will need to request for your Click & Collect order to be cancelled and then place a new order online.
We offer Same Day Delivery for customers within a 50km radius of our head office in Rosebery, Sydney - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders must be placed by 10:30am for Same Day Delivery by 5pm. If an order is placed after 10:30am, it will be scheduled for delivery by 5pm the next business day.
Delivery fees start at $18.00 and are based on the distance of your delivery address. This fee is calculated at checkout once you have submitted your delivery address.
Please note that Same Day Delivery is not available for delivery to PO boxes or parcel lockers as you must be present at the time of the courier's arrival.
All same day delivery orders are delivered by our partner Rendr.
You will receive an email with tracking details and updates via text to follow the journey of your parcel.
If you are not available to sign for your parcel when the courier arrives it will be returned to Shona Joy. A Customer Care Representative will contact you via email to organise redelivery.
Please note, any fees associated with your parcel being returned and/or redelivered will be at the expense of the customer.

Orders containing pre-order items will follow standard processing procedures but will be shipped at a later date. The anticipated shipping date will be clearly indicated on the product page and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-ordering ensures you secure the item, especially given the limited availability of the particular styles. For orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, the other items not on pre-order will be shipped separately within our standard shipping timeframes.
