What is Rntr.?
How does the service work?
You can submit your repair request here. Once submitted, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label to send your garment to Rntr. for repair. Once the repair is complete, the item will be shipped back to your address.
What are the repair services available?
Currently, available services include hemming & shortening, zipper replacement, strap adjustment, button replacement, button loop repair, belt loop reinforcement, and split seam repair.
Is Rntr. available in my area?
The Rntr. repair service is available throughout Australia.
Will my garment be picked up and delivered back once alterations are complete?
Upon lodging a repair request, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label to send the item for repair. Once the repair is finished, the item will be returned to you.
How much will my alteration cost?
Prices start from $10 and vary depending on the required service. You can find the repair fee displayed on the Portal after selecting the service required.
How long do alterations take?
We do our best to deliver the garment back to you as soon as possible:
Standard service - 14-21
Express service - 7-10 days
How do I prepare my garment for alterations?
Please make sure you follow the measurement guidelines to ensure the accuracy of the service. These guidelines can be found on the portal when lodging your garment for alterations.
What if you cannot carry out the requested alteration?
From time to time, the required service will be too difficult for Rntr. or requires an in-person fitting. In that case, you will be notified, and the item will be delivered back to you with a refund minus the delivery fees.
What if the alteration costs more than originally quoted?
Once we have inspected your item and concluded that the service fee is above the original quote, you will be notified of the updated fee before the service is carried out. Your item will not be serviced unless you have approved the updated fee.
What if my garment is damaged in your possession?
You will be covered under Rntr.’s care insurance, up to the cost of the item at the time of purchase, subject to determination. The year of purchase and condition will be factored into the calculation of the reimbursement.
What if my garment gets lost in transit?
The shipping label provided will also cover loss and damages during transit, up to the cost of the item at the time of purchase, subject to determination. The year of purchase and condition will be factored into the calculation of the reimbursement.
Who will be altering my garment?
Rntr. is continually expanding their network of solution partners while ensuring the quality of work meets standards. Current curated repair partners include Lawrence Dry Cleaners, Tran Bros Dry Cleaners, Surpass Alterations, with more partners joining soon!
Who should I reach out to in case there is a problem with my repair?
